We are on vacation from out of town and we visited this location yesterday. The bagels are awesome. And while we were there, the Manager gave us a free cookie for my daughter and I to enjoy, they even snuck in a few free bagels for us since it was near closing time. I highly recommend these folks. Awesome customer service and a phenomenal bagel.
Stopped in this morning to check out this new local place in Tequesta. I stood at the counter for 4 minutes while three staff were up front and the manager/owner even popped their head out and looked right at me.
Not one person said hello, we'll be with you in a minute, nothing.
I ended up walking out.
If you can't even greet your customers, your service has to be terrible.
Everything bagel was more like a nothing bagel. Undercooked with very little topping.
Counter staff was rude for no reason.

Based on reviews, Bagel Bistro is the best bagel spot in the Jupiter/Tequesta/PBG area. The bagels have a great texture you can't find anywhere else, with unique flavors of bagel and cream cheese. Specific menu items include the lighthouse on a Provolone pesto bagel, the triple bypass bagel sandwich, the loaded lox on jalapeño bacon cheddar bagel, and a great bacon egg and cheese. The food is tasty and covered all over, and they cut no corners. The friendly and EFFICIENT staff keep everyone happy and served fast without sacrificing quality. One employee was very caring, walking an elderly woman to get coffee and her table. The atmosphere is great for working remote or meeting good people, making it a cool neighborhood spot and a staple in the Tequesta community. It is the best Tequesta breakfast.
