It was very confusing upon pulling up to the drive-thru window of this particular Dunkin, having already placed an online order with ample time for the employee to make and put together the order before my arrival there. Upon arrival The woman inside gave me eye contact as she stood in the empty customer less store. She acknowledged me with eye contact and then proceeded to pick up the broom and spend 5 to 7-minutes sweeping completely ignoring me until I started to honk my horn...read full review
Service is gut or miss. Sometimes the best coffee other times not so much. Drive through line is almost always into the street, definitely should have fixed this issue with the remodel.
