Based on the reviews, Dunkin’ offers consistently warm and courteous service with a friendly, efficient staff. The team moves with purpose, even during the early morning rush, and always gets orders right, including correct alterations. Specific employees like Lala are described as one of the friendliest and most genuine, greeting customers with a smile and bringing positive energy. Tawana is a sweetheart, kind and welcoming, and when she is in staff, the order is always perfect. A manager named T made a wonderful matcha latte, the best one at this location in three years. The location is clean and well-kept, though inside is clean enough, not the best but far from the worst. Dunkin’ is a great stop for fresh coffee, delicious donuts, and quick service. However, the marquee light is always off, making it dark to pull in during early morning hours. The drive-thru is a loop-de-loop, which works fine with courteous drivers, but occasionally a driver screws it up for everyone.
