Probably one of my favorite dunkin donuts locations. Very clean, friendly employees and a relaxed atmosphere.
Solid location, bit awkward to get in and out. Good prices for DD in the area.
I only went through the drive-thru customer service was great and it was my first time going to this dunkin' donuts. I bought a dozen and they were all stale so I was very disappointed in the quality of the donuts

Dunkin' at Military Trail, just north of Forest Hill, has a mix of friendly and rude staff. Mumtaz stands out for her exceptional customer service, while another employee is mentioned for being rude and not giving change back. The drive-thru can have long waits due to being understaffed, with only one person working during busy times. Despite the wait, the hardworking staff is friendly and dedicated.
