I’ve counted 2 times now where I order something and they don’t have it. Although not the employees fault I waste money placing online orders for something that is out of stock.
With coming in almost every morning Eddie the GM makes me feel like a valued customer ! Not only is his staff friendly and the place is nice and clean , probably why the food taste better ! He remembers my order which makes things easier for me to order & go . Not only is his smile so welcoming the environment he sets when u walk into Dunkin’ Donuts makes u want to come back. I tried them again because it seems as though they have new staff. So far it’s been great. I was in line at the drive through and noticed the car that was 2 car’s ahead of me ordered $30 worth of stuff and then the car ahead of me ordered $26 worth of stuff. I was in line for 9 minutes but it’s not the employees fault. When people are ordering a lot of stuff they should have common courtesy for the other car’s and go inside or order ahead. RUDE CUSTOMERS BUT AWESOME EMPLOYEES
