I received an order that wasn't personalized and it should have been. I got in contact with the seller and she was so very nice. Apologized. Etsy sent her the order and said no personalization. She shipped me out the personalized order and I shipped the other one back. I could not be happier with the service and the item. I highly recommend this shop!!
