More businesses need to understand that having great customer service and paying their staff well is the #1 important element to get customers to return and the evening shift at this DD yesterday was on point! Super nice and friendly smiles. I am a DD hater normally as the service can be horrible but these two employees made a difference.
My favorite dunkin' is all of them really, but the one I go to all the time is across the street, from my work . Pb lakes blvd.. They have my drink ready for me before I even get up to the counter. I love going in there. They're great service. The people are friendly and they treat everybody with respect. You're very clean as well.I would definitely suggest that you go there and get a coffee

Dunkin' is a mixed bag for customers. The drive-through line can be very long, leading some to abandon it altogether. However, the in-store experience can be better, with friendly staff and quick service. The food, including the coffee and sandwiches, is generally praised as being quite good, even for a fast-food establishment. Overall, Dunkin' has its ups and downs, but many customers are willing to return, especially for the donuts and iced coffee.
