Very friendly
Idk why everyone gets so bent out of shape over this location. It's a fast-food style coffee shop, not some fancy small business. The staff is always busy and it's not always perfectly clean in there but guess what: they work hard and they try their best. Some of them look young too so GIVE THEM A BREAK AND DON'T BE A JERK! Dunkin' is a mixed bag for customers. The drive-through line can be very long, leading some to abandon it altogether. However, the in-store experience can be better, with friendly staff and quick service. The food, including the coffee and sandwiches, is generally praised as being quite good, even for a fast-food establishment. Overall, Dunkin' has its ups and downs, but many customers are willing to return, especially for the donuts and iced coffee.
