9am and they only had 4 different kinds of donuts… chocolate icing ( with or without sprinkles ) strawberry & glazed donuts. Being an adult I don’t always want sprinkles and icing on my donuts… other locations have a HUGE variety this store/location just doesn’t hit the mark and needs to do better or you will continue to not receive services from your local donut lover.
Every time I go there is someone complaining about their order. Today they charged me the wrong amount, and when I asked for the receipt, the lady didn't want to give it to me. I took it out of the machine and saw that I was charged for a drink I didn't order. Another lady came because I was saying that something wasn't right. They started to communicate in a foreign language. I told them that the amount was wrong and she said, "The person before didn't pay so I didn't charge...read full review

A horrible experience. Cashier very rude with no manners. coffe not at the known dunking donuts quality, tasted like hot water, left it untouched, no reimbursement offered. My money was stolen at this location !!!!
