I’d like to take a moment to recognize Yadelie for her outstanding customer service. Every time I’m served by her, she is warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Drinks are ALWAYS consistent & delicious.
I want to thank the two ladies working the drive true window Christmas morning. I was having a bad day and their cheer and positive outlook really turned my day around. I complemented the one lady on her Red Christmas tree shirt, while the other young lady who took my order made sure it was correct. Dunkin' is a donut shop with pleasant servers, although sometimes a bit slow. The location thrives with great team members that handle large catering orders efficiently. Customers appreciate the manager's sweet demeanor and the easy payment process. It would be beneficial if the company offered English teaching programs for non-English speaking employees to ensure better service.
