They have great food, if they have it. They run out of many of the items on the board and they have given me the wrong order on a number of occasions, but they replace it on a future visit if they messed up the order. They often run out of the doughnuts we want.
These workers literally already know my order, and if anyone hasn't heard of upselling, even though they probably don't know they are doing it they are very good at upselling for their company lol. For example my fiancee will ride through they know he ALWAYS grabs me an expresso and occasionally he grabs two so he doesn't have to go back, they will say YOU WANT ONE FOR 2MARROW. lol they don't know me but they KNOW WHAT I LOVE bc my fiancee comes through so much lol. I have been to many Dunkin before. I have been to ones in gas stations and free standing stores. But this one, man! The gentleman running the register had ZERO personality. ZERO!!! Was not friendly at all. When I ordered my breakfast sandwich, I asked for it on a toasted plain bagel. Not a "I'm sorry we are out right now" but a " we don't have that" . Didn't ask if we would like anything eles, just " that's it?"
