If I could give 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat. First, you cant order thru the app. Then, they try to make you order on a touchscreen that does not have the appropriate options to order. You cant be mad people aren't ordering on the screen when it is a faulty, extremely poorly designed system that doesn't give you the appropriate options to order. If I could go my whole life with out coming back to this dunkin it would be too soon.
0500 gas, washroom and coffee break. On road trip. Server was pleasant and helpful with directions. She had a conversation with us while doing order.
Wait a ten minutes in line nobody at this place was actually working. Ended up not ordering anything and left worse. Dunkin' donuts, i've ever been to in my life
