Waited 20 min in the only line available, had a ordering board, no one at any registers.
Elder lady in front of me needed help, no one helped her so I did. When I finally got to the front, a young man walked up to a register with a huge line behind me and a young lady came right over and started helping him ignoring everyone who had been in the line.

The lazy lady taking my order spoke very little English. Then when I paid the machine ask how much to tip. What a joke... never stopping here again
