The store was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. You can tell the team takes pride in providing great customer service. Omar and Tavon definitely went above and beyond. Definitely a location I’ll continue to return to and recommend to others!“
“They made some remodeling and the place looks nicer specially, the Drive thru. However, it is my belief, that most Dunkin Donuts must stress the importance of providing a very friendly customer service.
Being polite is not a custom anymore. Perhaps, Companies in general, must understand that they customers are important.“
“can you please get veggie egg white bites??? They are never in stock and some ppl can’t eat the bites with cheddar bacon. I would much rather have the veggie ones. I told the staff to tell management but it’s been weeks. Ppl are friendly tho. Food good.“
“***Edited to add: This morning, the crew working here literally made my day! Not just because they still had banana flavored syrup and cold foam left. But because they went above and beyond for me today and surprised me with a little gift. I don't want to say what it was, but it was the most kind and thoughtful gesture ever and it truly brightened my day! From the bottom of my heart, to the crew at this Dunkin, yall are the best!!! “I called to get an order of 18 donuts ready. I spoke to Darren the manager and he was awesome! Very professional very to the point. I told him I'd be there in about 15 minutes, but the traffic lights were kind to me and I ended up getting there in 10. I walk right in he had it ready I was in and out in under 2 minutes. Great customer service precision work!“
