“This is the one of the kindest stores. Bianca was always super patient with my special needs kid. Jonathon is also patient, happy, and makes mini drinks for my daughter (because she loves minis). Crystelle is also a friendly face and has been very kind to us for years. Patrick and Violet are also nice and hard workers. I personally love that they have tipping on credit card. I always made sure to have cash before because their amazing workers deserve to be tipped. I could not be more grateful for this specific dunkin donuts and the environment they create.“

“I needed a pick me up, so I stopped by to try the viral Cookie Butter Cloud Latte. I have heard so much about it and honestly my curiosity got the best of me.
I ordered it with oat milk but decided to risk it by keeping the cold foam on it (I’m typically dairy-free). It was definitely tasty, made well, and aesthetically pleasing, but I don’t get all of the hype.
I couldn’t taste the cinnamon notes, and I personally felt like it could have been a bit sweeter (just my opinion). I also thought it quickly became watered down as the ice melted. Maybe the oat milk threw things off, but I don’t know.
Customer service was great though! The woman that took my order was friendly and made my drink quickly.
I can’t speak for the breakfast items or the donuts. That seems to be what most of the negative reviews are about.
We don’t live in Orlando, but I would definitely visit again to try more coffee drinks if we’re in the area.

“I have been coming to this specific dunkin 3-5 times a week, for the last 3 years and they are amazing! After 3 years I’m leaving a review today because Amber’s service was exceptional! My order is very complicated to say the least and I’m very picky and from making my coffee to the food she doubled checked, asked questions, and cared about what I wanted. You don’t see that a lot when it comes to restaurants and/or fast food places. More locations can benefit from the type of care and attentional detail that amber showed today“

“I don’t leave reviews but this Dunkin’ consistently has the best costumer service I have ever experienced so I just had to let the people know. Their manager, Natalie, is so patient and always ready to problem solve. She leads her team by example because everyone else is also so patient. Even when they are busy, no one is short with you nor rude. It’s like they actually want to help you and not just because they have to. ALSO, the drinks are consistently and actually what I order ☺“
“I have been to very few places that treat my family, including my special needs son with such kindness. Crystalle & Bianca (as well as others) are particularly patient with my son. Jonathon knows my daughter loves minis, so he makes her mini caffeine-free drinks (of course with a mini straw as well). The food is always fresh. “It's not just this Dunkin, but the same order (6 cream, 6 sweetened flavor) tastes different and sometimes unpalatable depending on the Dunkin. We are now on a two hour drive with one not great coffee. The other tasted just as expected-different creamer and flavor options. Overall, great Dunkin!“
“We’re travelling from Canada and wanted some late night donuts last night so stopped by this location. The person working took our drive thru order and then informed us that the payment system was down, but served us our donuts anyways and even threw an extra one in the bag (and the donuts tasted nice and fresh which isn’t always common at that time of night). I didn’t catch their name, but whoever was working this location on Sept 30 @1am - we truly appreciated your kindness and generosity!!“

I’ve been coming to this location for a while and the workers are very rude and rushing when dealing with customers, she’s truly a breathe of fresh air and she makes the BEST drinks, completely different from everyone else for some reason“

Vegetarian options: The coffee and avocado toast can both be made vegan and were quite good. There isn't that much else in the way of vegan options except the yeah browns, which are exceptionally good typically, even when they're cooled down.“

“It's not closed I just went this rising. The employees are always nice to me but then again I try to start my order with a cheerful voice and I smile when I pull up. I worked drive thru before at a food place . Although the ladies kind of mess up my order cause I don't be tasting any butter pecan and they hear whatever they want so VS. this one guy he's dark skinned he makes my coffees PERFECT rather hot or iced. Wish I knew his name . But overall I love it the ladies customer service definitely make up for a couple pumps of syrup especially with all the rude ppl I encounter.“

I've been coming to this location for years and stopped coming because the service was not the best.
But I was driving through a couple weeks ago and needed my daily coffee fix.
Joseph greeted me in the drive through with a smile and introduced himself.
I casually (not really) mentioned that I adored their corn muffins and it was a shame they stopped selling them, also shared my prior issues.
He was like no worries I got you came back again and I will have your muffins and sure enough I came back about a week later in the drive through asking about them and all the sudden I heard Joseph on the speaker saying hey I got you girl we have them nice and fresh do you want that toasted with butter and jam on the side.
It's like he knew me ..

I love all their different Dunkin cups on display and I even got one, they were able to clean out the cup so I can put my drink inside one.
For my sandwich I also wanted avocado, and they said they can put it on my sandwich for me which was lovely. Location is clean and organized and donuts are fresh, with unique decorations you can tell the baker put love into. I will be back.“

“Had a great experience this morning on 9/17/25 at 8:05am. This Dunkin’ is super clean and organized, the donuts were fresh and delicious. My wife and I ordered a hot pumpkin latte and an iced pumpkin latte both were delicious. The manager was awesome and inviting loved her morning spirit. The lady who made our drinks was nice, she had a big smile and made these drinks with love. Overall the staff at this place had an inviting face besides that one young kid that was to the side who looked like he did want to be there lol.“

“I have been coming to this DD for a while now ever since they closed the one on Semoran Blvd near Cheney. Atmosphere and food is fine but the service is so so. Its been 3xs when I ordered a bagel egg/cheese and bacon they give me a croissant with egg,cheese and bagel, is always the wrong order.Now I have to double check my order from this day forward. Is frustrating not so much the meal but the wrong order. And mind you I give a little tip and Just wanted to clarify that, overall is ok.“

“Oh honey, it’s called Dunkin' Donuts, emphasis on donuts, right? But these days, all they got are these teensy-weensy little donuts or maybe it’s just because it’s near closing time. Either way, they've turned into a drink haven with more coffee than actual donuts. The place? Neatly clean, but that’s about it. Just a sea of drinks instead of those glorious donuts we crave. Honestly, they could’ve slapped a new name like Dunkin' Cafe on it, and I would’ve been happier. As for the Glamberry Drink Zero Refresher? Sweetheart, it tastes like cough syrup on steroids. I mean, refreshing... if you love that kind of thing. Overall, I’ll be back, but not eagerly for the donuts.“
