She had multiple orders going and still was able to get me in and out in a timely manner and I picked up my DoorDash order and she fixed my order as well. great customer service great person you need people like this on the team.“

“I needed a pick me up, so I stopped by to try the viral Cookie Butter Cloud Latte. I have heard so much about it and honestly my curiosity got the best of me.
I ordered it with oat milk but decided to risk it by keeping the cold foam on it (I’m typically dairy-free). It was definitely tasty, made well, and aesthetically pleasing, but I don’t get all of the hype.
I couldn’t taste the cinnamon notes, and I personally felt like it could have been a bit sweeter (just my opinion). I also thought it quickly became watered down as the ice melted. Maybe the oat milk threw things off, but I don’t know.
Customer service was great though! The woman that took my order was friendly and made my drink quickly.
I can’t speak for the breakfast items or the donuts. That seems to be what most of the negative reviews are about.
We don’t live in Orlando, but I would definitely visit again to try more coffee drinks if we’re in the area.

“We’re travelling from Canada and wanted some late night donuts last night so stopped by this location. The person working took our drive thru order and then informed us that the payment system was down, but served us our donuts anyways and even threw an extra one in the bag (and the donuts tasted nice and fresh which isn’t always common at that time of night). I didn’t catch their name, but whoever was working this location on Sept 30 @1am - we truly appreciated your kindness and generosity!!“

5 Stars - The Best Dunkin' Around!
This Dunkin’ Donuts location is hands down the most consistent and well-run one in our area. The service here is always top-notch. The staff truly goes above and beyond every time I visit. Destiny, in particular, is always so pleasant, helpful, and welcoming—she makes every visit a great experience.
The coffee is always on point, hot and fresh, just the way it should be. They never run out of egg bites (which is rare and much appreciated), and the food is consistently fresh and served at the perfect temperature.
I also love how well-maintained and clean the location is. It's always decorated beautifully for whatever holiday is coming up, which adds a nice touch and shows they really care about the customer experience.
If you're looking for great coffee, fresh food, and exceptional service with a smile, this is the Dunkin’ to go to. I can always count on them!

“Walking there everyday. Never had any issues nor any inconvenience. The food is fresh, there’s no problem finding a table, there are barely any queues, on site you can find toilets, and the waiting time for your order is very short. They employees are very friendly as well. I recommend, if you’re looking for a quick, tasty coffee or other snack.“

I was pleasantly greeted at the drive-thru speaker, and drive-thru, by an employee named Charisma; she was so pleasant, and upbeat. “Today was my first experience at this location. I have been going to the Dunkin' down the street at the 5297 S. Semoran Blvd location daily for the last 6 months, and the service and staff were just so incredibly rude on a consistent basis, extremely slow (and usually the only one there), and always had issues with my food, that I HAD to try another location. I was sooooo happy with how everything went this morning. There were 3 cars in front of me, I pulled up and was greeted so sweetly, told them I mobile ordered, she knew exactly who I was with my name and order. I waited in line for less than 2 minutes. I received my order correctly, the sandwich was HOT and so was my coffee! This is in STARK contrast to my experience at the location right down the road. I'm so incredibly pleased, and will continue to come to this location from now on. Thank you so much to all the staff who assisted in making my morning so much better than they've been these last months. Thank you to the management who runs to the store. I'm grateful to know that I have a new location that I'm not dreading a visit to every morning!“

“It's not closed I just went this rising. The employees are always nice to me but then again I try to start my order with a cheerful voice and I smile when I pull up. I worked drive thru before at a food place . Although the ladies kind of mess up my order cause I don't be tasting any butter pecan and they hear whatever they want so VS. this one guy he's dark skinned he makes my coffees PERFECT rather hot or iced. Wish I knew his name . But overall I love it the ladies customer service definitely make up for a couple pumps of syrup especially with all the rude ppl I encounter.“
“I love this location, the employees are always really sweet and although sometimes it can get pretty busy, they do their best at tackling the lines. There's a few cashiers that I love but this young women, Brianna is always the sweetest and always makes my visit so rewarding. My only complaint would be the food quality. Sometimes I regret getting anything to eat there, but the seasonal coffee options and ice-cream will always have me coming back.“

“I came early in the morning during their busiest time. I went to the drive thru which was quite busy, there was about 5 cars ahead of me and I ordered and got my food in less than 10 mins. My sandwich was hot and well made and my coffee was good too. No complaints. Service was fast and friendly.“

“I came in on today's and grabbed a coffee to go, the service was fast and the drink was good and made to my specifications. I can't think of anything negative to say about the experience.
Vegetarian options: The coffee and avocado toast can both be made vegan and were quite good. There isn't that much else in the way of vegan options except the yeah browns, which are exceptionally good typically, even when they're cooled down.“

“We just came from this Dunkin today after having a hard day. Our dog is sick and just had a lung attack. We had to calm him down and thought we needed a treat after such a hard day. After placing our order which was 2 donuts , a pup cup , and a water. The lady gave us the pup cup and it was a lot of whip cream!! I don’t know why she gave us that much whip cream but I hope she knows she lifted all of our spirits on the way home. I hope to see more people like her.“
“Had a great experience this morning on 9/17/25 at 8:05am. This Dunkin’ is super clean and organized, the donuts were fresh and delicious. My wife and I ordered a hot pumpkin latte and an iced pumpkin latte both were delicious. The manager was awesome and inviting loved her morning spirit. The lady who made our drinks was nice, she had a big smile and made these drinks with love. Overall the staff at this place had an inviting face besides that one young kid that was to the side who looked like he did want to be there lol.“

She was handling everything on her own. And this is a call out to any manager of this store. This is totally unacceptable, that one employee has to handle everything. I understand budget constraints, because it's happening everywhere in this area. However it is unacceptable for one person to be overworked. The lady handled everything perfectly. “It was 6:45am on a Wednesday. It had been the worst week and a half that I had experienced in a long time, I mean we’re talking tears and rants every single day because it was just one of those times. I had planned all week to save and use my points to “treat myself” with a large cold brew on the morning of my first of two days off work after the gym, and so I placed my order before leaving my gym’s parking lot. When I arrived to this location, the employee Zandalee informed me that I had mistakenly placed the order for a different location down the highway. I was bummed and Zandalee could tell, and with such a perfect guest-service comforting voice, she asked me what my order was and offered to make it for me. This store’s drive thru was busy at this time, too! From one guest service worker to another, Zandalee truly reshaped the way that I think of this Dunkin location. She deserves praise for thinking of others and having compassion for another human being. I know it’s “just coffee”, but a gesture like that really helped me after such the long and stressful week and a half that I had.“

New item of note: I didn't know that they started charging for ice water. After finishing our meal we requested two cups of water and was charged $1. Took me by surprise.“

“i can’t give too big of a review because i’ve only ever placed a mobile order pick up and was on my way. But out of all my mobile pick ups, there have been a couple times where I waited so long for the order and I was the only one if not the 3rd person in the drive through. However, I still go because I love my wraps and my coffee.“
“The best Dunkin in the area. I go at least once a week, sometimes out of my way if I have to. The staff is amazing, the food is always good, coffee always the perfect color (you know what I mean). You know it’s good when someone makes a 5 star review on a fast food restaurant.
