“I had such a wonderful experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. When my son, who’s on the autism spectrum, got upset about a change in icing color, the staff went above and beyond. They made his favorite white sprinkle donuts from scratch, with so much kindness and no extra charge. Their patience and understanding meant the world to us. I can’t thank them enough!“

“I needed a pick me up, so I stopped by to try the viral Cookie Butter Cloud Latte. I have heard so much about it and honestly my curiosity got the best of me.

I ordered it with oat milk but decided to risk it by keeping the cold foam on it (I’m typically dairy-free). It was definitely tasty, made well, and aesthetically pleasing, but I don’t get all of the hype.

I couldn’t taste the cinnamon notes, and I personally felt like it could have been a bit sweeter (just my opinion). I also thought it quickly became watered down as the ice melted. Maybe the oat milk threw things off, but I don’t know.

Customer service was great though! The woman that took my order was friendly and made my drink quickly.

I can’t speak for the breakfast items or the donuts. That seems to be what most of the negative reviews are about.

We don’t live in Orlando, but I would definitely visit again to try more coffee drinks if we’re in the area.

“We’re travelling from Canada and wanted some late night donuts last night so stopped by this location. The person working took our drive thru order and then informed us that the payment system was down, but served us our donuts anyways and even threw an extra one in the bag (and the donuts tasted nice and fresh which isn’t always common at that time of night). I didn’t catch their name, but whoever was working this location on Sept 30 @1am - we truly appreciated your kindness and generosity!!“

“Usually when I order at Dunkin the order is wrong this was my first time ordering here though. The young girl at the speaker made sure to get my order right and was nice and respectful I would come back here again and it was fast service 👍🏽“

“I’m a dunk girl is this is probably the best well run Dunkin I’ve been to. We’re here on vacation and those managers run a strict program. “It's not closed I just went this rising. The employees are always nice to me but then again I try to start my order with a cheerful voice and I smile when I pull up. I worked drive thru before at a food place . Although the ladies kind of mess up my order cause I don't be tasting any butter pecan and they hear whatever they want so VS. this one guy he's dark skinned he makes my coffees PERFECT rather hot or iced. “Good place to visit by the South MCO cell phone lot.
I recently stopped at the Dunkin’ Donuts located right by the South Cell Phone Lot at Orlando International Airport (MCO). It’s very convenient and shares a building with Baskin-Robbins and a 7-Eleven. The location is very easy to find, easy access since it is at a stoplight, and has plenty of parking all around the building. Inside, the place is comfortable. There are two large screens on one wall showing up-to-date flight information, which is really helpful when waiting for someone. On the other wall, smaller TVs play various shows to help pass the time. The seating is practical with a long bench seat running down the middle with tables on both sides. This seemed to give plenty of room to sit and eat. Shared restrooms are located in the back of the building. The outside area and the restrooms were NOT the cleanest. The Dunkin’ Donuts counter had a great selection of fresh donuts and sweets. I was served quickly by friendly, efficient staff who were genuinely nice. What surprised me most was the pricing. It seemed very reasonable, especially compared to typical airport food prices. Overall, this is a great spot if you’re waiting to pick up an incoming traveler, need a quick snack, or just want a coffee/tea and a place to relax. The combination of easy access, parking, flight screens, and good food at fair prices makes it one of the best quick stops near the airport. I plan to return next time I have to wait at MCO.“

“Joceyln is an absolute credit to your store. I visited today with my son and she made him feel so special, giving him a complimentary donut which he loved. “I love this location, the employees are always really sweet and although sometimes it can get pretty busy, they do their best at tackling the lines. There's a few cashiers that I love but this young women, Brianna is always the sweetest and always makes my visit so rewarding. My only complaint would be the food quality. Sometimes I regret getting anything to eat there, but the seasonal coffee options and ice-cream will always have me coming back.“

“I came in on today's and grabbed a coffee to go, the service was fast and the drink was good and made to my specifications. I can't think of anything negative to say about the experience.

Vegetarian options: The coffee and avocado toast can both be made vegan and were quite good. There isn't that much else in the way of vegan options except the yeah browns, which are exceptionally good typically, even when they're cooled down.“

“Had a great experience this morning on 9/17/25 at 8:05am. This Dunkin’ is super clean and organized, the donuts were fresh and delicious. My wife and I ordered a hot pumpkin latte and an iced pumpkin latte both were delicious. The manager was awesome and inviting loved her morning spirit. “I have been coming to this DD for a while now ever since they closed the one on Semoran Blvd near Cheney. Atmosphere and food is fine but the service is so so. Its been 3xs when I ordered a bagel egg/cheese and bacon they give me a croissant with egg,cheese and bagel, is always the wrong order.Now I have to double check my order from this day forward.
