I've been Going here for years,, Got alot better with new Management,, But the Drive Through yells Basinga, every morning at me, don't know what that means,, Doesn't sound American to me, PLEASE take that off, Thanks
So Good
The food was nice and fresh and the new coffee I had, tasted amazing. Highly recommend the new chocolate covered strawberry Kylie drink.
While I was waiting at the window, I noticed the staff member with gloves. I saw her touching everything, the register, money, card reader machine and then go right back and touch the food.
The is unsanitary in so many different ways. I thought of driving off thinking about how long she's had those gloves on had been handling food...read full review

Dunkin' offers a renewed energy, greatly influenced by new management who has turned the place around. The friendly staff make a significant impact on customers' days. They engage in conversations, remind customers to scan their apps for points, and go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Customers have praised the staff for perfect drink recommendations and delicious food, such as hashbrowns, croissants, and donuts. The breakfast sandwiches have been made perfectly and with care. The donuts have been fresh and not stale. Whatever they have been doing lately is working. Well done. Great job on the improvements. They get the orders wrong at times and also they don't serve the right amount of coffee. They don't fill it up. If you get a large cup it should be filled as a large cup of coffee. Besides this, they are nice when they want to be. The drive through yells "Basinga" every morning, which doesn't sound American.
