Good morning, 5:39 am. Your employee had a bad attitude. I tried to explain that I only wanted two shots of coffee, but she responded rudely. I explained to the manager, who was very kind and offered help, but when I went to the employee, she was rude again. I decided to leave because the employee was very disrespectful. I’m a dunk girl is this is probably the best well run Dunkin I’ve been to. We’re here on vacation and those managers run a strict program. The place is spotless, customer service fantastic, and orders go out quickly. I appreciate the managers (ladies in the blue shirts) are always working, too. They’re cleaning, making orders, helping customers, etc., I’d make this my dunkin if I could.
