Consistently bad
Drive through had a couple cars decided to go inside even held the door for a worker to go out side he said thank you
However standing there for about 5 mins 4 people passed and no hello or good morning and 3x the lady working the register passed me and my wife and there was no hello or be right with you would have waited no problem but no acknowledgement.
Very poor to the entire team that was by the front counter

Worst dunkin of all time, how are you so lazy and garbage at customer service. They don’t care about the customers. This dunkin was despicable. Fire the whole staff and hire people with decorum
