Fellas stop Being too slow hire more people. Service is extremely bad and slow.... Hire somebody else to help stop being so cheap y'all making money. These folks always .lady at the counter is just awful man. They don't care
Though the food is OK, the customer service sucks. The female attendant at the front; is very rude, Does not talk to her customers, does not smile, does not have no interaction. There was about five new customers that came in after me, that waited at least 15 minutes to get her attention afterwards, And she was rude to them. They left without even ordering. I hate to say this but I really use to love this place, now it's really not the same as it was before the food has changed completely I guess because the prices of food has gone up a lot make no difference to me. China Taste is a popular Chinese restaurant known for its delicious food and friendly staff. The fresh, made-to-order dishes are worth the wait, with some items like crab rangoon occasionally overcooked. The restaurant offers quick service, but the lack of dine-in seating may be a drawback for some customers, as there are only a few booths suitable for small groups. While most reviews mention decent food and affordable prices, some customers have noted that the customer service can be poor, with rude interactions from the front attendant. Despite a few delivery issues and changes in the food quality over time, China Taste remains a place where customers can enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine, especially for takeout.
