“I went to this location yesterday November 24th, for a medium hot coffee, I usually come here and get my coffee and it’s ok but ralee took my order and made my 7 caramel 5 sugar 2 cream coffee amazing I let her know she did amazing, I love drinking coffee made with love, super lovely girl.“

“This Dunkin' has some of the best customer service around. Even at 4am, the staff is on point - upbeat, friendly, and somehow already smiling before I even get mine going. They remembered my order from last time, which honestly makes the early mornings way more bearable. It's a small thing but it makes a difference when you're running on no sleep and someone greets you like they're genuinely happy to see you. Fast, consistent, and good energy every time. This is my go-to spot!“

“I had such a great experience at this Dunkin’! I went through the drive-thru for an iced latte, and Jared provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

He was incredibly kind and patient. He took the time to explain my receipt when I was confused about why my total was higher than I expected, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he remade my coffee multiple times because the flavor wasn’t quite what I was looking for, and he never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him.

“Everyone that works here is fantastic. I order my morning coffee almost daily. Every time I walk in to pick up my order, I’m greeted by name as I’m still opening the door. I pick this location over one that is a few minutes closer due to the customer service. Y’all are fantastic!!“

“Dunkin donuts, wraps, and coffee are generally pretty decent for fast food style breakfast and coffee on the go. This one met expectations in terms of food quality when we went through the drive through. The 3 stars on atmosphere was for the employee that was having a bad day, or at least I hope that's not their typical day. There was a lot of telling at other employees with frequent use of coarse language that my young grandkids in the car with us did not need to hear. When you're using that language and being loud enough to be heard in the car going through the drive through, maybe you should just take a break for a few minutes.“

“The lady who made our milkshake was beyond amazing. She took care of my wife and my daughter throughly and I appreciate that more than anything. I'm truly upset that I lost my receipt with her name on it. She was very kind and humble, I will definitely be coming back just because of her work ethic.“
