This Dunkin' has some of the best customer service around. Even at 4am, the staff is on point - upbeat, friendly, and somehow already smiling before I even get mine going. They remembered my order from last time, which honestly makes the early mornings way more bearable. It's a small thing but it makes a difference when you're running on no sleep and someone greets you like they're genuinely happy to see you. Fast, consistent, and good energy every time. This is my go-to spot!
Slow service. Cold food. The drink I ordered was good but the food was not up to standard. The staff was nice enough and remade my order that was cold. There were no cars in line and they had me wait at the speaker box and the window for several minutes.
The donuts were just alright. They didn’t taste fresh.
