The manager of this establishment was yelling at one of the employees when me and my kids went through the drive-through. This one employee who was white with wavy hair named Beth was so polite and was a joy to be around, but the way the manager was speaking to the other employees is unexpectable.
In general, McDonalds restaurants in my area are consistent with food quality, and service. I utilize order ahead and pick up at the counter, on the extremely rare occasions I have a question about my order. Even the grill orders are correct 99% of the time. I go there because I know what to expect.
They forgot my Happy Meal!!! My order was incomplete.
