Dunkin' Donuts in Casselberry

“My husband and I ordered uber eats from here and the order was canceled because the driver stole it. We called before replacing the order and Savannah was kind enough to remake it so we would get it. Upon receiving the order there was a donut in there with a note from her and it was so kind we just wanted to shout her out because she deserves it! 🩷“

“I’ve always had good customer service when visiting here, and the team members working tonight aligned with that. I had a sweet interaction with the team member who took my order and checked me out. They were kind, personable, genuine, and a breath of fresh air. I wish I had asked for their name to give a proper kudos. Aside from that, drinks are always consistently made and is in a convenient and easy to find location.“

“Ah Dunkin, it used to be called Dunkin Doughnuts, I'll let you in on a little known secret.........it's still the same place!!! I know, what....yup, you probably thought that's impossible it just says Dunkin now. They still have doughnuts but so much more like delicious breakfast items, their breakfast items are delicious. I've tried almost all of them, one morning I went in to purchase a sausage biscuit but it was not going to be ready for awhile so the cashier said we have a plant based biscuit but it has been smelling weird this morning so I haven't had that one yet but they have alternative products other than meat I'f your into that.“
