Dunkin' Donuts in Ocoee

“I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Vic and Raa at this location! I came in the drive thru around 6:30am this morning to get myself a small iced dunkalatte, and proceeded to drop it like it’s hot as soon as I got back to my hotel room. I came back to the store after cleaning it up and he kindly made me another one! My house just flooded so I’ve been staying in a hotel for the past few days until my bedroom is safe to sleep in again, so this just felt like a punch to the gut on top of an already crappy situation. Your kindness and compassion is so needed, and I appreciate you from the bottom of my heart for turning my day around! God bless you!“

“I am so pleased coming here with my wife the shift team member crew with Ankivia and Brandon along with the other gentleman they are phenomenal my wife loves to come here and get her coffee and sandwiches they always provide exceptional and excellent service. “This place has plenty of selections for ice cream, but not so much the donuts. If you don't go early your selection will be limited. It is a donut shop after all. The decor is basically what you'll find in an ice cream and donut shop. The staff was courteous and helpful. If they didn't have or was short on a selection, they offered plenty of other options.“

“I stopped going to this Dunkin' location after drinking bad coffee. That was years ago. I visited again today to give it another try. I'm happy to report that their coffee making skills have improved (coffee pot probably cleaner too). The staff were helpful and efficient. The bathroom is clean. The egg/sausage sandwich I ordered was good. I'm now planning on installing their rewards app for my upcoming trips in the near future!“
