Incredibly understaffed, owners either aren’t offering competitive wages or they try to run a skeleton crew ( or both). It is a really a shame. I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks but I also value my time and can’t wait 45 minutes in line for a single coffee. I have compassion for the high school kids that work there; they have to take the brunt of their owner(s) poor staffing policies. I hope they sell this franchise to someone with more acumen. Just stopped at Dunkin donuts on my way to work on ocoee Apopka road and order the sausage egg and cheese croissant the croissant was so sloppy made I couldn't even eat it's like they were in a hurry and didn't care how the food was prepared I give them a one-star this restaurant they do not care about their customers!!!!
