Normally this Dunkin’ is good so I’m not going to give it the lowest amount of stars, but on February 15th, they sucked. After waiting 25 minutes in line, they then told me they had completely run out of expresso drinks at 7:50 am. And when handing out the food the worker looked like she would rather be anywhere elseEdit: since I posted my last review. This Dunkin has been so awful with every single aspect of what they do. They are constantly out of everything and are extremely slow. I would understand if they were busy and slow. But you could be the only one there and they would still take 20-30 minutes. Awful customer service. When they do have food it sucks. Every single customer service line by Dunkin doesnt even work. This store really just needs to close down so something better can take its place. This store is just a waste of space.

Incredibly understaffed, owners either aren’t offering competitive wages or they try to run a skeleton crew ( or both). It is a really a shame. I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks but I also value my time and can’t wait 45 minutes in line for a single coffee. I have compassion for the high school kids that work there; they have to take the brunt of their owner(s) poor staffing policies. I hope they sell this franchise to someone with more acumen. Otherwise, this location is bound to fail.

Just stopped at Dunkin donuts on my way to work on ocoee Apopka road and order the sausage egg and cheese croissant the croissant was so sloppy made I couldn't even eat it's like they were in a hurry and didn't care how the food was prepared I give them a one-star this restaurant they do not care about their customers!!!!

Waited for a simple order.... Hash browns and a chai latte. The hash browns were burnt, yet undercooked and the chai latte tasted like it was made with milk that had begun to spoil. Would not recommend this location.

Don't go here if you expect good service. I was standing and waiting for 5 minutes and nobody acknowledged me at all or took my order so I left. I will not be coming here again. Yes, I was with somebody who had a diabetic emergency and needed some sugar and this is the first place that I thought of.

Literally just left this location, first off it took forever for them to take my order. I ordered a toasted white chocolate and when they decided to give me my drink there was no whip cream on it as it is pictured. I asked the person at the window if I can get some whip cream on my drink and she put literally the littlest amount on my drink and then I asked for more because if I’m paying my money I feel it’s only right to receive what I’m paying for. She closed the window and told the other worker “she wants more whip cream” he comes to the window and says you didn’t ask for whip cream I responded that’s what comes with the drink. Finally he gives me what i paid my money for and the drink tastes horrible. I always have a bad experience at this location and I about had it with everyone at this location.

This morning reminded me why I have not been to this location in months. Inconsistent customer service. It’s either good or horrible. Today was horrible. If you mess up an order you don’t give the customer a box to fix it themselves. If a customer has a large order, it should be common sense to put the order in a large bag. I asked for a bag, she laid the bag on top of the boxes and advised I can bag it up vs putting my order in a bag. I do not work at Dunkin, I am a customer. Is it too much to expect people to do the job they are paid for??? If you don’t want to do your job, find another one. Thankfully another associate stepped in to assist.
