Dunkin' Donuts in Longwood

“Stanton is an outstanding employee who went above and beyond to enhance my girlfriend and I’s experience. He made our day with his acts of kindness, and deserves to be recognized for his excellence. We hope to continue going to that location because of his great service and attitude.“

“i have never had a bad experience at this dunkin, the employees have always been kind to me. a lot of reviews are disappointed in the fact that the employees aren't "smiling" and such which is beyond me because clearly they've never worked in fast food/customer service before. it's a fast food chain. i don't speak for everyone's review obviously. personally, i don't think i have ever had an issue with the service or the food. the food and drinks are always consistent and good. the staff has always been kind and accommodating to me :)“

“I love this location because it's the only one in Seminole county that doesn't mess up orders. Most of the time the customer service is ok. Some of the employees just look miserable ( never rude though) but that could be because of bad management.“
