“i have never had a bad experience at this dunkin, the employees have always been kind to me. a lot of reviews are disappointed in the fact that the employees aren't "smiling" and such which is beyond me because clearly they've never worked in fast food/customer service before. it's a fast food chain. i don't speak for everyone's review obviously. personally, i don't think i have ever had an issue with the service or the food. the food and drinks are always consistent and good. the staff has always been kind and accommodating to me :)“

“I love my Dunkin coffee every day! I purchased a hot latte at the Edgewater Dunkin and it was cold, so I went to the Lee rd Dunkin to purchase a medium hot coffee to warm up the lukewarm latte! “It was late or better said very early in the morning for the life of me I don't remember her name but she was extra nice talkative it was a real cold night in Florida which is rare I was disappointed that the $6 value meal was gone replaced with a $5 meal which was okay the visit was worthwhile because of the conversation with the employee she was so very nice!“
