“i have never had a bad experience at this dunkin, the employees have always been kind to me. a lot of reviews are disappointed in the fact that the employees aren't "smiling" and such which is beyond me because clearly they've never worked in fast food/customer service before. it's a fast food chain. i don't speak for everyone's review obviously. personally, i don't think i have ever had an issue with the service or the food. the food and drinks are always consistent and good. the staff has always been kind and accommodating to me :)“

“Today is 7/26/22 I wanted some good donuts so I stopped in this morning and got some donuts and apple fritters and glazed twist when I saw that show case and my eyes almost came outta the socket when I saw all the different variety of donuts.they had my favorite coconut and toasted coconut let me say your donuts are absolutely delish I will be back keep making those coconut donuts“

Two sperate docks , frozen/refrig one side , dry docks on the side closest to the baking entrance.“

“I love my Dunkin coffee every day! I purchased a hot latte at the Edgewater Dunkin and it was cold, so I went to the Lee rd Dunkin to purchase a medium hot coffee to warm up the lukewarm latte! Well to my surprise the manager on duty heard my complaint and replace my lukewarm hot latte with a delicious hot latte on the house! Thank you!♥️“

“Shout out to Chris at this location! This morning was absolutely insane for him. I did an online order at 6:45 and arrived at the store at 7. I had to wait a little because he had 6 cars in line and 5 online orders that he was working on ALL BY HIMSELF!!!! And people came in to order while I was there. That man was running around that kitchen doing everything with great speed. I’ve never worked in the food business, but that totally didn’t seem fair at all to him. Hope his day got easier!“

“It was late or better said very early in the morning for the life of me I don't remember her name but she was extra nice talkative it was a real cold night in Florida which is rare I was disappointed that the $6 value meal was gone replaced with a $5 meal which was okay the visit was worthwhile because of the conversation with the employee she was so very nice!“
