Dear lord! Why do these places continue to hire people that simply don’t care!Several times this place has either messed something up or made me wait a million years to get something.They constantly complain about being short staffed, yet there are several people just talking in the back….ugh.Hire people that care! Or pay a better wage because whatever is being done, isn’t working!
Drinks are exactly what I order just have issues with getting the wrong donuts multiple times. First time we asked for a new donut because the employee had thrown it into the bag upside down and the frosting stuck to the bag, when we get a new one it was the wrong kind but we were in a hurry so we just accepted it and left. Other times donuts have been wrong flavor even though I ordered through the app.

Kid-friendliness: Adult & Kid friendly. The Manager at E Silverstar in Ocoee...her and her team are the bomb!Kind, timely...make you feel like family. Even spoils me w/choc chip muffins!!
