Went thru drive thru
Incredibly fast and friendly service! Best Dunkin’ Experience I’ve had at any location
I had such a great experience at this Dunkin’! I went through the drive-thru for an iced latte, and Jared provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time.
He was incredibly kind and patient. He took the time to explain my receipt when I was confused about why my total was higher than I expected, which I really appreciated. Dunkin' is a restaurant that offers food and coffee. One customer received a bagel not toasted with butter, which disappointed their 3-year-old grandson. Another customer faced issues with an online coffee order, but the morning manager resolved the problem by providing hot, fresh, and delicious coffee the next day. The restaurant's crew, including Brandy, were praised for handling a busy morning with good attitudes, even when faced with rude customers. However, the men's restroom light has been out for several weeks, raising safety concerns, especially for guests with disabilities. Despite some complaints about slow service, many customers have noted that the employees at the drive-thru are some of the nicest they have encountered, making visits easier.
