“The staff at the counter was polite. When I asked if they had regular glazed Munchkins, she said yes and explained that they make the donuts fresh every day and prepare more as needed. That was a big deal for me since I was looking for a specific kind of donut. I’ll be coming here more often instead of the location on Old Canoe Creek Road.“
“The evening shift was so friendly and welcoming to me and my daughter while we were waiting out a thunderstorm on my motorcycle. I’ve been a regular drive through customer for a few years now and I’ll definitely continue to give them our business after tonight’s hectic visit.
I’d pulled in when on my way to a school meeting, as a rainstorm was blowing in, and I filled up with gas. My daughter had also purchased snacks from the next door gas station. Then it started to rain even harder and began to thunder. We did not feel safe to get back on the road so we closed up the saddlebags and grabbed our gear and walked in to the DD so I could call in to the meeting.
Martin was very polite and quickly took our drink & food order and said I was welcome to stay there to wait out the thunderstorm that was not seeming to let up anytime soon. It ended up taking an hour for the thunderstorm to slack up enough for us to load up and safely head home.
The whole time I was there, Martin and his coworker (sorry didn’t get her name) were checking on us and also cleaning and serving other customers with a smile.

“I love this store! They decorated for the fourth of July and everything it looked beautiful. The shift lead there was so sweet to me as well because I dealt with an unfortunate incident of one of their employees threatening me because I was trying to save some Pekin ducks someone cruely released into the wild. Thankfully some nice gentlemen was able to get a hold of them and they should be living a nice, loving, and fulfilling life . Anyways this dunkin has lovely people working there, everyone else I met besides the girl who threatened me was so sweet. Goes to show how much of an effect an employee can have on the reputation of their job. Also this coffee I got as compensation for how verbally violent the employee was towards me was actually really good! Probably the best coffee drink I've gotten from dunkin.
Dietary restrictions: They have dairy free options and let you completely customize your drink if you respectfully communicate with them “
“This was an uber eats order and i have been to dunkin in Ocala, FL 2x since starting to deliver and the attitudes were so nasty made me not take anymore orders BUT the ladies here in Inverness had such a warning and inviting spirit to i enjoyed taking orders at the store.. THANKS LADIES.. y'all go check out the morning crew on Main Street“
“I used to go to DD daily and there was also a period of time (maybe a year) after Covid where we utilized a local 24 hour DD. I don’t know when the service and consistency fell off but I began to notice it after Covid. I have been to almost every DD in the Orlando metro area and all of them suffered from the same issues of (coffee) taste being inconsistent and/or having rude or disinterested staff. I actually don’t require a high level of customer service and I don’t like complaining. However, I had been relying on DD for breakfast before work and so their role at that time was important. The last straw was trying a DD that was out of my way, only to order my regular and have a woman hand me an extra large cup (that I had never seen before in life) and then have an attitude when I asked her to replace that cup of coffee with what I actually ordered. I used up all reward points and stopped going. Today, I needed a quick breakfast and decided to give it a shot. Everything was great. Coffee was great. Sandwich was good. Young lady at the window was nice. This is a busy location but I didn’t wait long to order or receive my order. The current manager is doing something right. Thank you!“
