“Very under staff when I was there. One person working, I was a walk-in. The server was busy working the drive thru, not giving me attention. After about the 4 car going thru the drive thru feeling as though I am being left out, I finally said something. The poor server didn't know what to do. Doing a double and triple take. Like I can't leave the window. It's really funny if you were there, lol. But then,all of a sudden, another employee came out from the back while I was standing their all that time. Then it wasn't funny anymore,“
“This 5 star review is for the staff who I consider my friends now. I started going to this location when I moved to the area. When I was pregnant with my daughter last year one of my biggest cravings was coffee and donuts. I would stop there every morning on my way to work. Using the app I’d place my order and by the time I was there it would be waiting at the window for me.After about a month of going there I knew the entire staff. I would pull up and say my name for pickup and I’d hear the whole staff go “HONOR YOU’RE HERE” or “Did you have the baby yet?” Even though it’s nothing big, it would make me so happy.I had my daughter in November of 2023 and had to have an emergency c section. It kept me from going back for over a month. Around Christmas time I was finally able to leave the house and this Dunkin was my first stop. I put in my mobile order and will never forget when my husband, newborn and I pulled up to the speaker. My husband said “Mobile order for Honor” and all we heard was “is she with you?” And when I replied “I’m here” I could hear him say “she’s here everyone, Honors here!” Then when we pulled up everyone crowded around at the window to see my newborn daughter. Thankfully there was no one behind me so we chatted for a good 10 minutes.To be honest the coffee is good but it’s just coffee. What has kept me coming back is the staff. Their kindness, compassion and their hard work was clear to me after my first visit. I’m so happy every morning I leave for work because I know I get to see my “Dunkin friends” on the way.Thank you guys for always making me smile.“
“I go frequently to this store since I work right behind them at Your Storage Units (we have deals btw). The store manage Kassandra is amazing and always has a smile, she has really turned the team around and I love what she is doing with this store. She should always be at this store especially because she makes my drinks 10/10.“
“It's a long drive from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale. The fastest route is the turnpike, which also allows me the chance to occasionally stop to stretch my legs. This is the first rest area on that journey, and I wanted a cup of tea. The woman behind the counter at Dunkin Donuts was amazing. Her name badge said Genesis. She understood customer service better than anyone I have met in years. She clarified my order, she insured that everything was to my satisfaction and she gave recommendations on the products. This woman is a star employee. She alone is worth a five star review.“
“This Dunkin is pretty consistent on how they make my drinks which is uncommon for other locations.A simple request I have is for the staff to put the jelly on the bagels again instead of throwing it in the bag with a knife.I’ve never had any problems or concerns with the staff, they are always pleasant!“
