I go frequently to this store since I work right behind them at Your Storage Units (we have deals btw). The store manage Kassandra is amazing and always has a smile, she has really turned the team around and I love what she is doing with this store. She should always be at this store especially because she makes my drinks 10/10.
one of the worst customer service!!! is a girl name Alicia , I said hi good morning , and she gave me a nasty response , she has bad attitude , horrible customer service and after she gave my drink it tasted horrible. And another girl name alana, also horrible customer service!! the food wasHorrible and nasty.and I tried to talk to the manager and her name was cassy, and she didn't care at all, she didn't even fix my order , most disrespectful human being. all three of these girls...read full review
