Ten people on line took me 1 hour to order. Staff very inefficient and spend more time talking to each other and taking breaks. Missed order notes. Coffee made poorly. This Dunkin is a disaster. Avoid at all cost.
Came to buy two coffees. The Hazelnut is totally watered down and I don’t think they use light cream either. I went back for extra hazelnut because we literally could not taste it and they asked me for more money!!! REALLY!

I stoped by here around 3:30am maybe that affects their service quality.No one was at counter. Waited few mins then ended up ordering through kiosk. Such a hard to navigate machine with a horrible touch screen which you need to punch it with hammer to work.Order was not matching with what received and chaos.Overall not a good experience.
