Stood at the counter & was asked what do I want while Tracey head was down making pretzels. I almost didn’t know who that came from. I made my request for cinnamon sugar nuggets. Was told they don’t have any in such a rude manner. I asked don’t you make them. Was told it’ll be 5-6 minutes. Mind you no one gets upset about 5-6 minutes, why wouldn’t that be the initial statement. But anywho. There’s other food spots in this rest area. Frozen lemonade...read full review
Purchased 1 sm Cinnamon sugar and 1 sm mini dogs. The pretzel mini dogs were burnt and hard. Cinnamon sugar nuggets were hard and had a strong taste of baking soda? Employees were not friendly at all and when I asked for regular size Cinnamon sugar pretzels was told that they won't have more for at least half hour so I ended up getting the small size. I regret getting any since they were not fresh and taste was disgusting. Both ended up in the trash. What a waste of $20
We waited in line for about five minutes to order pretzel dogs, only to be told they wouldn’t make any because they needed to prioritize selling the ones that had already been cooked and had been sitting there for who knows how long. If you’re not willing to make fresh ones, why list them as available on the menu? It’s frustrating to wait in line only to find out the item you’re ordering isn’t actually being offered. Very disappointing customer service.
