It was a little hectic, but I did appreciate the drive your team had to come together. I ordered from the kiosk, and I did not receive my cups with my meal. I asked for cup and the cashier was hesitant followed by his manager telling him to only take orders and stop assisting me, so I had to reach over and grab my own cups for my meal, after having received my order and asking for assistance. Crowded service area. Lots of tourists. Super crowded. Must order by the 3 standing by kiosks though, great to avoid the line. Kiosks are problematic though, these a 3 d*** kiosks - Some do not respond well to touch, and the ones that do work have issues switching between Dunkin Donuts and Wendy's. The good thing is that once your kiosk works you can skip the line because once paid within minutes your order number is called, no line to make. Food was good but the guy taking the order was not friendly at all, I could barely hear him because he mumbled.The English muffin was only toasted on one side. I would never return, I would rather get something else at the plaza. The wedges were great. They looked very under staffed and unorganized.
