The products weren't good. The food wasn't hot. It was basically cold when it should have been hot and freshly cooked. That's a joke! It was gross.The restrooms were locked, and one was out of order both times that I went here in 2 days' time. The lady behind the counter was not very helpful or much interested in speaking with people. The drinks were great, donuts weren't anything special and the service wasn't that friendly. There was a worker sat at one of the tables watching Tiktok at full volume which I didn't like as it made it hard to talk with my partner.

After having this, I start to question why doesnt Canada have this! I was told by one of my friends to try Dunkin' Donuts when I was visit florida and boy, I wish I had tried this soon before I left! I had bought the bagel bites and OH-MY-GOD. They were AMAZING! Highly recommend Canadians to try this when visiting the states! (also the coffee is A PLUSSSS)4/5 because they were understaff and the service took awhile.
