Starbucks latte:$5, Dunkin’ Donuts latte:$3… the difference? Customer service. Why the lady selling $3 lattes has to be so rude and unfriendly every time? I tried their drive through twice and I hope to not come back.

There is a new morning shift worker, Asia, who is noted for making the BEST drinks and providing a refreshing change from the usual service. Despite some complaints about rudeness from past workers, the current staff, including Ms. Sheila, Isaac, and Erica, are appreciated for their smiles and quick service. The food is always hot and ready, with minimal wait times. Although occasional mistakes may happen with orders, they are usually not a big deal, as customers care more about taste than presentation. Overall, Dunkin' offers a pleasant dining experience with tasty food and excellent service.
