Ordered through the drive thru, said the drink I wanted and the size. Clearly the woman taking my order was not listening because she proceeded to ask me what drink size I wanted. When I got to the window they handed me the wrong drink, I told them that it was not what I ordered and I could hear the woman who took my order in the back saying “Um what??? Very cold taking order and giving me my order. Handed me a loose lid rather than replace, also did not get order correct. The girls need retraining or just don't work with the public if miserable.

I’ve been to the drive-through at this location four times within the last few weeks in the morning and have never actually received food or beverages. Every time I go, they either do not have food or they do not have decaf coffee.
