“Anytime a guest asks for a portion of the basic flavors (i.e. chocolate, vanilla, MINT chocolate chip) at a Baskin Robbins 31 flavors, they SHOULD ALWAYS BE IN STOCK!!! This location, on 2 separate occasions didn't have them. Therefore 4 STARS!“

“I want to recognize Ketsy at Cinnabon inside the Pilot off US-27 in Haines City, along with the other ladies who cashier and keep everything stocked. They are always so pleasant and welcoming. Ketsy greets you every morning with a smile and makes a point to wish you a good day. Those small gestures of kindness are so appreciated and really can set the tone for someone’s morning.
