So busy and understaffed
I called to get an order of 18 donuts ready. I spoke to Darren the manager and he was awesome! Very professional very to the point. I told him I'd be there in about 15 minutes, but the traffic lights were kind to me and I ended up getting there in 10. I walk right in he had it ready I was in and out in under 2 minutes. Great customer service precision work!
Great-tasting donuts and exceptional customer service from Darren. This location is definitely worth a visit.

Dunkin' is a popular restaurant that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have experienced poor customer service, others have praised the friendly and efficient staff. The location where the power went out during a storm was particularly commendable, as the employees gave the customer a larger drink and allowed them to add an extra scoop of matcha, which the customer appreciated. Another customer, who typically prefers Starbucks, was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and engaged staff at Dunkin', with the manager even praising the team for their great customer service. Recent reviews highlight the exceptional service from Rosa, who is described as cheerful and welcoming, making mornings brighter. Customers also appreciate the very polite and patient staff, who handle situations like running out of a card with kindness and understanding. Overall, the reviews suggest that Dunkin' can provide a positive dining experience, with attentive and helpful staff, though the quality of service may vary across different locations.
