Myself the wife our two kids and one of their bf’s we all got the same coffee as my wife has gotten everyone hooked on her favorite, 5 coffees that aren’t complicated and all tasted different, every one tasted different. 5 stars if you like random tasting

I don't understand why are there flies in the Dunkin donuts stores I don't think I will be purchasing from this store anymore.
Don’t know why Dunkin feels the need to cheap out on customers all the time. This is the third time this season that I have requested a signature toasted white chocolate latte and it has come completely plain. And it’s not even the same Dunkin location every time so that tells me it is a DUNKIN problem. Nothing more disappointing than wasting money on something that’s not worth it..

I am not sure what’s happening with this shop but I just had to wait nearly 15 minutes to get a burnt inedible snack wrap. The tortilla was like a hard taco shell and the bacon and cheese were overly burnt. I had to toss them they were so bad. Coffee was okay tasted old. Very disappointing experience.

I use to love this location and had no complaints. However, over the last month or so the food, drinks, and service have been horrible. Not sure if they changed management or ownership but things have not been the same. A few times I have received the incorrect drink from a completely opposite from what I ordered to not adding the flavor and giving me a plain coffee with cream. This morning I ordered a plain bagel sandwich and a Peppermint Mocha sig latte and received a pumpkin sig latte with the bagel being half plain half something other kind with burnt egg. Something needs to change!
So painfully slow.
