Linda is always so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about all the different coffee choices. She goes the extra mile to make sure customers have a great experience, and I truly appreciate everything she does.

Today I tried the peanut butter coffee she recommended, and it was absolutely delicious! My taste buds were celebrating!

Employees like Linda make a difference. They show up every day, work hard, and serve others with a smile. In my opinion, Dunkin' Donuts should have an incentive or recognition program for dedicated employees like her. Great customer service deserves to be noticed.

“Incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere with amazing customer service. The donuts alone are worth it with being handmade but even if I was simply visiting the area and checking it out I felt like I was a regular and treated special. Absolutely go if you love donuts and any baked breakfast.“

“I'm the last person who needs to be eating at Cinnabon, however I couldn't resist. This Cinnabon location sits just inside the doors at the pilot gastation/truck stop. After getting what I needed from the gas station I could not resist the amazing sweet smell coming from Cinnabon so I ordered a classic. The employee working was incredibly friendly. She laughed at my stupid joke that I'm sure she hears all the time. She offered fasy and friendly service and a hot Cinnabon frest b ou r of the oven. The only possible down side is they were out of forks and only had spoons. But the cinnabon was hit and fresh the spoon did the trick. This location always seems to have smiling employees working.“
