“Forget about DD The Donut man is thebest“

“The best donuts around.. I particularly like their donut holes..“

“The staff was incredibly friendly.
They also pick up the phone when you call with a question.
They put in a lot of effort.
Sometimes, they even have exclusive Dunkin' merchandise available more than any other locations.“

“I go to this location far too often.
As a lifelong fan of Dunkin donuts, this location has always made my customized coffee good each time.
Which we all know is hard to do on a consistent basis.
The team has had wonderful customer service and has been more than helpful even when the app messes up.
Overall really good teamwork, customer service and satisfaction.“

“excellent service by Liz. food was awesome“

“Super fresh breakfast items! Breakfast sandwiches made to order!“

“One of the best nutrition clubs in Haines City. I love this place“

“I want to recognize Ketsy at Cinnabon inside the Pilot off US-27 in Haines City, along with the other ladies who cashier and keep everything stocked. They are always so pleasant and welcoming. Ketsy greets you every morning with a smile and makes a point to wish you a good day. Those small gestures of kindness are so appreciated and really can set the tone for someone’s morning.

It was sad to see people being warmly greeted and simply walking past without a glance or returning the greeting. I notice it, and I appreciate it. Thank you, Ketsy and the entire team, for continuing to greet people with kindness and a smile!“
