“I love bringing their food on my food tours! They have a great selection and everything is sooo tasty! One time I brought their calzone on my tour and I asked the couple afterwards if they loved it. Of course they did. I then shared that it was vegan and they literally gasped at me. Turns out the mother has a daughter-in-law who's vegan coming to visit, and she didn't know that Winter Haven had such diversity. Our community is amazing!”

“I made reservations for my family since it suggested it on their website. My husband ,3 sons and I arrived and the hostess brought us to a table that was waiting for us! That was a pleasant and appreciated surprise to not have to wait. Our server,Jordyn was attentive and friendly she had perfect timing with drinks appetizers , main courses and desserts. We ordered 3 appetizers for the table and 5 different meals as well as two desserts for us each to have a sample of. Everything was not only full of flavor and perfectly prepared but also absolutely beautifully plated. We had a pleasant conversation with the owner ,Cindy, and she answered our questions about some of the flavors that we couldn’t quite place. We also discussed the history of the restaurant. It’s nice to see owners/managers in the dining area. We will come again soon and recommend this establishment to our friends and family. Thank You all”

“Central Florida needs great seafood, great service & a place where anyone feels welcome. Harry's Old Place is exactly that place. The freshest fish & shellfish, steak and cuisine done beautifully and served fast, with a smile. They have a stocked bar with great drinks served quickly and right. Harry's makes me want to dine out daily. I'd like to say a huge "thank you" to them for making me proud to be part of their patronage. Harry's for life!!! 💯!”

“All my daughter wanted for her party was a K-pop Demon Hunters cake. Publix and Walmart said no! But Sweet and Slice said no problem and made this beautiful cake! Even the staff and Chuck E. Cheese was taking pictures of it. And it tasted great too!”

The bar has top shelf drinks that keep you going back for more . Service was impeccable. If you ever need a place to have a function Flightline Cafe should be one of your top choices as kudos to the owners”

“Ok, so I see some negative comments on here about Mannys. I have been going to the one on 27 for a little over 10 years. Usually at least twice a month. I have NOT had the experience these people have and wonder if their expectations were beyond attainable and no matter how good things were they would still have a complaint. My girlfriend and I love this place. I have never had a badly cooked steak and the prime rib my girlfriend gets is what she wants. I would not under any circumstances continue to patron a restaurant if it were not good. Having lived in west Texas for almost two decades, I know a good steak. If your expectations are that high, maybe stay home and cook one yourself. You are your own worst critic.”

Watching the workers here, it felt sorta strange: they appeared all happy and smiling. Don't they know they are at work? Food offerings are above what a usual neighborhood bar would serve. I would recommend.”

My boyfriend loves, trying all their unique snow cone or should I say snowball flavors. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. We have definitely built a relationship with them. The menu is true Jamaican 👍🏾 food from real cooks and cooked up hot and fresh! Real West Indian curry along with genuine grilled Jamaican jerk chicken that tastes like it's been marinated for days in scallions, pimentos and other spices! Yellow rice, rice and peas, gungo peas along with plantains, dumplings, oxtail and curry goat. All enough to make your mouth water and satisfy the biggest appetite, fresh juices and even West Indian groceries are here for whatever needs you have. If I lived here I would be a regular visitor, but 😥 sadly it was something we stumbled on accidentally, great 👍🏾 job folks keep up the Fantastic work and Amazing food!”

“After going to a performance ( with friends) at the Theatre Winter Haven we ate early dinner at Outback Steakhouse. Two of us had the three course dinner special. One person had a medium steak and my husband had chicken. We had a great time visiting with our friends. The server had a server in training with her. They were great, attentive but not hovering. My meal came with cheesecake so I had to decide which topping. We got our desserts to go because our meal was quite filling. This was quite close to the Theatre. That made it nice.”

What the manager did this evening topped every experience I have ever had since ever going to sonny's for several decades now. I was having to place an order online to be picked up as we were not able to dine in, had a couple of issues with the app so figured I would just walk in and order. Saw both gm's and wanted to let them know the issues I was seeing with the app, issue was also happening when trying to order the same thing from a pc as well on their website. He immediately called corporate but being after hours I think he was only able to leave a voicemail. After listening to me he takes me over to the takeout counter and tells the cashier my order is on him for having a bad experience. I couldn't believe it as it was so generous of him. The food was superb and we will definitely be back as you don't find customer service like that everywhere you go anymore. They have showed they are not only serious about their bbq but also their commitment to outstanding customer service. Thank you for the great experience.”

No matter how busy it is, Celeste is always exceptional sweet, respectful, and a true team player with outstanding leadership skills. Honestly, I love this Marco’s mostly because of her. She is my favorite, hands down. She’s number one to me. That said, the entire staff is very sweet as well, which says a lot about the environment she helps create. The managers should be incredibly proud of the team they have especially Celeste. She’s a gem and deserves all the recognition.”
