Went inside on Friday ,August 21st @9;10pm and was told they are out of 3 kinds of meat and it would be 45min for rice. Employees were running out in the parking lot with their aprons on, extremely unprofessional and the manager made no apologies. Do not recomend this location, need some training and an older more experienced staff.
Went in an hour before closing, they were very well stocked on ingredients, when I get to order the worker very rudely says I’m going to let you know now, the white rice, black beans, steak, pico de gallo and the corn is only for online orders. I was very confused since they were well stocked and it was an hr before closing. I walked out because what you mean you no steak bc it’s only for online orders never have I heard that before.
Extremely disappointed with the cleanliness, service and portion sizes at this location. They were completely out of white rice, and the steak portion in the bowl was drastically skimped—to the point where it barely felt like there was any protein at all. On top of that, they were out of medium drinks and tried to upcharge for a different size instead of accommodating the mistake. It feels like management is encouraging short portions.
