The entire restaurant, bathrooms, dining tables, beverage station and floors we super clean. Now this place definitely sets the standard. “Had the 2 taco combo with chicken. They were filled with chicken and quite tasty. My friend had a bowl and said it was very filling. Good price for lunch. It wasn't very busy so we were able to talk without having to raise our voices. Clean table and chairs. Restaurant as a whole was well maintained. If you're in the area, check it out.“

“Like all 5Guys, they have the best burgers and fries around. This particular one has a small dining area and a lot of glass that allows the sun to shine directly on the tables. Beware if you are a person that gets hot easily. The only downside to this restaurant.“

“I recently ordered two Hook & Ladder subs from Firehouse Subs in Winter Haven using their online ordering system, and I have to say, I’m thoroughly impressed. The subs were ready incredibly fast, and the in-store pickup process was seamless. The staff was quick and efficient, getting me in and out with no hassle.

As for the subs themselves—delicious doesn’t even begin to cover it. The Hook & Ladder was perfectly made, with fresh ingredients and just the right balance of flavors. Each bite was a delight, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. This is exactly what I expect from a great sub shop. Highly recommend!“

They went above and beyond when one order was accidentally placed for the wrong location picn up - they still helped me get the ordered picked up and called the other location to cancel it for us.

“I don't normally eat Arby's but I wanted something different for dinner. I did order through uber and my food did not disappoint! My kids have a new favorite place for chicken kids meals. I appreciate that water is an option for their drinks as well. Our food was hot and tasty. Nice job to this location!“
