“I really love this place and the food, and the employees are very nice BUT the few times I been the tables aren't being wiped down or the seats. Alot of tables I noticed still has food on them and the seats and food all over the floor under the tables..I had to go to the bathroom to get napkins and clean the table and booth seat I wanted to sit in. I did see an employee come out and wipe two tables down but not the seats , they still had food all over them.. again I love the food and the employees are nice but they need to be more cleaner.“

“We ate here tonight after a long and satisfying day at Legoland with our kids. The food was on point. (Deluxe double burger and kids meals with vanilla and carmel pecan custards). I needed to specifically highlight the staff, who were super kind and patient with us and our small children; none of us knew the menu well, and they took time to answer our rookie questions without showing any impatience, esp on new year's eve a couple hours before closing. I wanted to also specifically highlight the black man who worked the counter tonight and took our order; he acted like he genuinely cared and took pride in what he does- I am sorry I dont remember his name, but he was fantastic in every way. I should have tipped him (I know tipping isn't required) and now I regret not. But the food, service, and cleanliness were all excellent. Thanks for making our last meal out of 2025 a really good one.“

“This was my first visit to Legoland, and I was recommended to try the Apple Fries with Ice Cream, and I was not disappointed. Every fry is like a miniature bite of apple pie and delicious. If I visit Legoland again, I will be ordering these for sure!“

“All of the employees are super nice and try to get your order done as fast as possible even though the oven has been broken for quite some time. This seems like a really big issue on the management's side of things. The last time I went in, the girls who were working were so nice and helpful, they were chatting with customers and they were getting all the orders done very quickly (plus my sandwich was delicious).“

“I went to this location tonight because the closest location to me is closed for remodeling. I will never go to the 3rd st location again (the store that is remodeling) their staff is always rude. “I tried Krispy Krunchy Chicken today at their new location inside Winter Haven Marathon, and it was incredible. The food is so delicious and fresh. You can taste the quality with every bite. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the store is clean. It’s hard to believe this amazing chicken joint is inside a gas station. It’s honestly the best chicken around!“

“Didn't want to help pushed you to so the kiosk , i told them i don't like going thru it. They said to bad. I stay at counter for about 15 min holding my order and payment. Lady came up and said I will take your order this time but you will have to do kiosk. I said mami come up here 1 to 3 times a day and 3 to 5 times a week. I don't use it, lady stated at the end of the conversation she text the mgr and theu told her take my order. In the end and 25 min later it was a 90 sec order if that. They wasted more time and headache for in the long run.“
