He made sure to double-check everything, got my order 100% correct, and kept a great attitude the whole time. “Great food, great service. Wonderful staff. Keep up the great job. This location is how TF should be. Recently moved here and reluctantly decided to stop by TF. Why? The TF where we moved from they had gotten rid of all the staff about a year back. It went downhill fast after that. Having to wait over 39 minutes for food in an empty place and orders wrong over and over. We were there every week. This WH location is spot on. My family is so happy we stopped and we will be visiting weekly. Great job WH Tijuana Flats!

“My wife and I enjoy eating at Culver’s, but I’ve recently had a couple of disappointments. We have been purchasing the pints of ice cream in their freezer to take home with us, only to be very disappointed when the ice cream inside is nothing like what it’s supposed to be.An example, my chocolate volcano was supposed to have different things in it , but when I ate it, there was nothing but chocolate custard in it no little M&M’s no chocolate pieces no cake no cookies no nothing. I I talked to one of the employees and explained everything and she was very polite and acted like I would maybe get a another one to replace it for free but once she went back to talk to the manager, he said no.. I was very disappointing especially when pints are like six dollars each. From now on My Wife and I will buy our ice cream at either Walmart or Publix . It’s a lot less expensive and you actually get what you pay for.“

“We ate here tonight after a long and satisfying day at Legoland with our kids. The food was on point. (Deluxe double burger and kids meals with vanilla and carmel pecan custards). I needed to specifically highlight the staff, who were super kind and patient with us and our small children; none of us knew the menu well, and they took time to answer our rookie questions without showing any impatience, esp on new year's eve a couple hours before closing. I wanted to also specifically highlight the black man who worked the counter tonight and took our order; he acted like he genuinely cared and took pride in what he does- I am sorry I dont remember his name, but he was fantastic in every way. I should have tipped him (I know tipping isn't required) and now I regret not. But the food, service, and cleanliness were all excellent. Thanks for making our last meal out of 2025 a really good one.“

Not this guy. I bet he was a district manager or something because he was professional, friendly, funny, and really cared about his job. He was tall, late 20s, beardy, with longish curly hair under his hat.
