“Food was great, good quality meats, produce and bread. Atmosphere was okay, not quite as pleasant as the average Firehouse Subs.Service? Really discombobulated. Register attendant told my wife (on phone) that she couldn't take a call order in as the counter was full. I had arrived early for pickup and there was no line.I waited at a table, calling the wife for a status check. She couldn't pick up as the lady was saying the wait line was backed up. I went ahead and ordered in person. Interesting back and forth on the other side of the counter, but food was prepared quickly and courteously.“
“My favorite thing is there limited time fried peach & cream cheese pies and the apple turnovers are delicious too. They have excellent hand breaded chicken sandwiches, and my daughter loves the hand breaded chicken biscuit sandwich. The service is usually fast and the staff is very welcoming and wanting to make sure you get what you want. Busy most of the time I go here but like I said their drive thru moves really fast.“
“We took our meal home.Everything was freshly made.It was good !!! We had different types of Cheeseburgers.They make Root beer right there it's fresh.Papa Burger for me.Parking: Right next to it.Inside a strip mall parking lot.Never had a problem getting a parking spot close to it“
“The burgers, shakes, and icee drinks were all to die for! Its all affordable. The atmosphere was great. Fresh air on a warm light breezy day, outside talking with your family. Today was in deed a good day. The people were nice and friendly and MY ORDER WAS CORRECT! I cant wait to go back. Job well done!“
“I went to A&W and ordered my food and once I got home, I realized I didn't have my cheese curds in the bag. Next time I went, I mentioned it and they immediately apologized and gave me a free order of cheese curds to make up for it. Mistakes happen but how you handle them determines the level of customer service you have. This location has great customer service and everyone is friendly!“
“Wowwwww! I'm not a fast food munchies guy- and it's mainly due to the fact that the food quality, in the fast food industry has declined on taste (My opinion) everywhere! Not here!! “5 stars for Jasmine made our 3 foot long sandwiches. She was very mind full of her shirt not touching our sandwiches as she reached for the items we ask for. Very clean server. The other ladies that were working were dragging their shirts over the sandwiches each time they reached to get anything for the sandwich they were making. I would have told them no thanks, I wouldn’t have paid for the sandwiches from them. I don’t want your sweatie clothes on my food.“
“Have been here a few times and food is always good. No complaints. So today i went thru the drive thru and had the best service I've had ANYWHERE, in a long time. Donte was the gentleman working and he was so awesome. I was not sure what I wanted, ( i can be very picky sometimes) and he made some suggestions and walked me thru my order. Was so polite and genuinely cared about serving me and representing the establishment. Good job Donte and thank you“
