I went to A&W and ordered my food and once I got home, I realized I didn't have my cheese curds in the bag. Next time I went, I mentioned it and they immediately apologized and gave me a free order of cheese curds to make up for it. Mistakes happen but how you handle them determines the level of customer service you have. This location has great customer service and everyone is friendly!
I like my FISH fried HARD that means 2 times down for the FULL time.... I asked and they gave me great Service....i asked for XTRA vinegar it was a Great meal.... the only thing was that crab cake it was not like I remembered....it was cornbread and FAKE crab.... they Used to have great crab cakes but they have gotten cheap but charging more...Wow
