Papa John's Pizza is known for their fast and polite delivery service, often delivering in under 20 minutes. The pizzas have been praised for their great taste. However, there have been issues with the call center where orders for stuffed crust pizzas were mistakenly filled with regular crusts. The manager and drivers are reported to be kind and friendly, handling any problems in a very fast and efficient manner.
