Plenty of employees. There all just laughing in back while drive thru full as well as lobby’s full. poor management not directing employees what to do. 30 min to get fast food lol
This is the second time I have experienced a unpleasant service at this store in the drive thru on last week I visit used my app and was charge extra for items I didn’t order.so I told the young lady and she removed the sandwich but not the soda after I told her the correct order. Lots of employees here, tables are dirty. Food took 20 minutes and it was cold, we had to get new fries because it was cold. We nibbled one of the fries and watched them give those same fries to an Uber order lol I feel bad for the other customer that got my half eaten cold fries.
