I don't like using the kiosk but at the McDonald's a person came right away to take our order. that's not normal
Tuesday afternoon I walked in. Location not busy. Three people in dining, one was an employee on break. Drive thru was empty.
Employees were goofing off and watching videos, standing around.
Ordered on the kiosk. It was filthy.
Grabbed the order cone for employees to drop off at the table.
Found every table was dirty. I stood at a bar / table, no seats were at that spot but was the cleanest surface.
