“We went through the drive thru, they got us through quickly. I got the Culver's burger which is amazing and their crinkle fries are not like normal crinkles. They're hot and crispy and soft inside. I like to get a cold water bottle, but they do offer coke zero, which is sometimes hard to find if you're interested in knowing“
“You were greeted when you opened the door and came in. They had a list of 22 toppings to choose from. I didn't like the fact that french fries, drink and burger were all charged separately. There were plenty of fries ,the overflow covered the bottom of the bag. I found it interesting that they posted the name of the farm that they got the potatoes from to make the fries, which were delicious!“
“Great food and at Great Prices, shame they don’t always have the fish sandwich on offer as my parents loved it and were disappointed when it was removed, wish we had Arbys in the UK as it’s a nice change from the usual burger chains and choices that we get“
“I visited this store on 2/24 and Kim was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was polite, courteous and was great in up selling!!You very rarely see this is fast food chains but she is truly an asset and I pray that she is a valued employee!! You have a customer in me!!!“
“Absolutely amazing, been there a handful of times and never once has the food been anything less than spectacular, friendly service, clean and tidy, only the slightest bit slow but its understandable as sandwiches these good take time. My favorite is the philly cheesesteak I cannot stress enough how great the taste is! 11/10“
“Food was fresh. Drive thru wait time was a little longer, probably because they are not trying to cheap on times like the competitors. We parked and watched traffic on US27 while we ate. We will dine here again.Parking: Lots of spaces, and room to move around.“
“Not sure her name but the young pretty woman that always helps us is so patient and friendly. She never slows down and helps every customer with the same enthusiasm, even when they aren't very kind. She's a gem and I hope she gets paid as such. She is such an asset and if she left, I would go to the other location down the street. She's the reason we come in“
“My husband and I usually go to this Chick Fil A at least 3 days a week so he can take a lunch break from working from home and enjoy their nice outdoor patio with some delicious Chick Fil A food.When we got home and I went to get my purse I usually put in the back seat I discovered it wasn’t there!!!It was an expensive Tory Burch black handbag with my Tory Burch wallet (driver’s license,credit cards, cash etc) and keys to our new Mercedes inside!!!I wasn’t sure if I had left in on outdoor patio where I had sit it on the ground next to my chair or if I had sit it on the roof on our car as I put my drink inside the car!My husband told me to call Chick Fil A and it gave an option to reach someone inside the restaurant which I did.It was immediately answered by a young woman and I asked for her name which was Ashley.I was afraid when I asked if someone had found my purse she would say NO but she immediately said she had it and she had found it outside by our table we had sat at and she had it in their office.Of course I immediately took my husband’s keys since mine were in my purse and glad the drive was only a few miles thanking God for someone like Ashley finding my purse!!!When I went to the counter and asked for Ashley I knew she was busy because it was lunchtime and they’re always busy!!I thanked her and was so very grateful I gave her an appreciative hug and was alittle teary eyed with tears of joy!!I wanted to do more maybe give her some cash as a thank you but she was way too busy.Hopefully the Owner will read this and will reward/recognize Ashley for being such an extremely honest and trustworthy employee!! (Or let me know if there is something I can do to thank her myself)!!This day could’ve ended in a really bad way with me calling my bank and credit card companies, getting a new driver’s license and the expense of a new key fob etc for our car if not for Ashley being who she is!!Thank you Ashley and thank you Chick Fil A FOR HIRING her!!Susan Wheeler“
